Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and solutions to clients in the areas of employment, pensions, and immigration.
  • Manage and mentor a team of legal professionals.
  • Engage in networking and business development activities.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the legal department.
  • Stay updated with the latest legal developments and changes in the business services industry.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all operations.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, if required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employment/Pensions/Immigration Partner should have:

  • Registered as a solicitor or barrister in England & Wales.
  • Experience in a senior legal role within a law firm.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Proven experience in legal counselling and litigation.
  • Strong business acumen and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
