Job Description

  • Developing and maintaining strategic long-term relationships with key accounts within food manufacturing and retail accounts
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
  • Identifying opportunities for sales within each account
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve better results
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participating in sales team meetings to provide updates on account status
  • Implementing sales strategies to ensure the company meets its targets

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager within FMCG/Food Manufacturing
  • Ability to network and work cross functional within customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a rapidly changing environment
  • A customer-oriented mindset
  • Office Based - South Yorkshire
