About Our Client
Strictly Education were founded in 2002 and have become the UK's leading education provider in technology solutions providing support to over 1,500 Schools, 100 MATS and 500 Academies across the UK. They are experts in the education market helping schools run efficiently offering services across Payroll, HR, Facilities Management, SMS and Academisation
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for both existing and new business through a consultative and solution based sales approach in a specific region.
You will manage a small portfolio of existing client relationships and become an expert at cultivating relationships with key decision makers to maximise the value delivered by Strictly Education's services.
The role will require a strategic approach, ensuring that client relationship maps are produced for all key accounts. The role is heavily focused on customer care with you being the main point of contacts for your key accounts ensuring regular reviews and growth opportunities.
You will also be responsible for Marketing and Brand Awareness with the development of collateral for the website and work collaboratively with the internal marketing team.
The Successful Applicant
. Industry knowledge & experience selling into the Education sector is essential
. Experience of managing clients, partners and new business relationships
. Experience working to a varied sales cycle and large deal sizes
. Excellent communication skills and experience pitching to board level
. Appreciation of technology within the education sector
. Educated to degree level is desirable but not essential
. You should be proactive, results driven and innovative
. Experience in Team Building - understanding team dynamics.
What's on Offer
Basic Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
