The practice is ranked among the top 15 in the UK and supports clients across sectors such as office, retail, logistics, hospitality, life sciences, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments.Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain precedents, practice notes, and know-how resources, with a focus on commercial propertyProvide regular updates on legislation, case law, and policy developmentsDesign and deliver training programmes, including interactive seminars and workshopsCollaborate with other Knowledge Lawyers and the Knowledge Management teamSupport regulatory and compliance initiatives in partnership with the General Counsel & Risk teamWork with Innovation and Business Transformation teams to enhance internal systems using automation and AI toolsAssist with marketing and business development content, including articles and publicationsMaintain relationships with external organisations and attend industry events to stay current with market practicesThe Successful ApplicantQualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE preferredStrong technical expertise in commercial real estate law, including landlord and tenant, asset management, investment, finance, and developmentExperience with workflow automation and generative AI toolsPrior PSL or Knowledge Lawyer experience is beneficial but not essentialAbility to work independently and manage complex projectsStrong communication skills and attention to detailCollaborative mindset and ability to mentor junior team membersCommercial awareness and understanding of the sectors in which the firm operatesWhat's on OfferThe firm offers a supportive and inclusive working environment, with a clear career development framework.
