My client is a rapidly growing global biotechnology company. They are looking to establish themselves as a global player by expanding in Europe. Focused on addressing the most significant threats to public health.

Job Description

  • Ensure laboratory services, equipment maintenance and risk assessments are run efficiently.
  • Supervise the running of laboratories and buildings.
  • Produce and review standard operating procedures and risk assessments to ensure a high level of health and safety is maintained in the laboratories and offices.
  • Fulfil HSE legislation through the production of risk assessments, COSHH and policy reports.
  • Based in Cambridge.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of laboratory and facilities management experience.
  • Understanding of HSE legislation, COSHH, GLP and audit requirements.
  • Bachelors or relevant Life Sciences degree.
  • Experience communicating with internal and external customers.
  • NEBOSH certification is preferable.
