Job Description

  • Develop and deliver an effective learning and development strategy aligned with the organisation's goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and implement tailored learning programmes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives meet business needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements where necessary.
  • Manage the L & D budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of e-learning modules and in-person workshops.
  • Keep up to date with trends and innovations in learning and development.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful L & D Lead should have:

  • Experience in designing and implementing learning and development strategies.
  • Proven ability to assess training needs and deliver effective learning solutions
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
