About Our Client
Our client is a large insurance firm based in Birmingham city centre. It has got a fantastic brand and due to business changes requires this position to provide more opportunities and development for its employees.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning and leading the design and delivery of 'Aspirational' leadership programmes.
Managing the Talent and Development work stream to embed a lifelong learning culture across the organisation.
Developing of high quality leadership learning solutions using various methodologies, resources and tools.
Data analysis and ROI of learning solutions delivered.
Providing consultancy to leadership teams to identify learning requirements.
Supporting line managers to creating effective development solutions using internal resources and external suppliers
Managing external supplier relationships.
Driving a coaching and mentoring culture across the business.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be excellent with stakeholder management, reputable and a natural relationship builder. You will have great leadership experience, be confident to be accountable for owning and developing leadership programmes. You will have experience in mentoring, be able to talk about your successes in previous programmes and understand what a 'good' culture looks like.
Qualifications such as CITP and ILM Level 5 are a massive plus!
