This leader in luxury cosmetics works with some of the world's leading brands. They are recruiting for a Legal & Compliance Manager - Cosmetics to join their team and support on a broad range of legal risk & compliance matters from their Surrey office.
Job Description
The Legal & Compliance Manager - Cosmetics will be integral to ensuring the business is adhering to and is compliant with a broad range of regulations.The role will include supporting the CFO & Commercial director with:
- Brexit regulations
- Gdpr
- Commercial contracts
- AML, Modern Slavery & Anti Bribery & Corruption
- Advertising- Cosmetics specific regulations
The Successful Applicant
The successful Legal & Compliance Manager - Cosmetics must have a experience in the compliance area within a business and an interest in moving into FMCG & specifically Luxury Cosmetics.You will have had exposure to drafting a variety of policies, working with the business to instil the policies and be comfortable learning new areas of compliance.
General understanding of:
- risk registers
- business & legal complianceAn interest in the area is a big advantage.Must have right to work in UK.
