They have faced significant growth over the past 20 years since opening in 2003 and their lean legal team is at the forefront.Job DescriptionYour key responsibilities will include:Managing and advising on contentious regulatory investigations involving the Bank's relevant regulators and financial crime agencies across the EMEA region.Managing and advising (and working effectively with external lawyers and senior Bank stakeholders) on internal investigations and whistleblowing matters.Preparing relevant template documentation in connection with any relevant financial crime and investigation matters.Undertaking effective interviews and fact finding of staff and other parties involved in an investigation or financial crime matter.Developing relevant internal policies, procedures and checklists in relation to investigations and whistle blowing matters.Assisting in the investigation of any actual or potential breaches of internal policies and regulations and advise on their legal implications.Deliver training, know-how, and guidance notes relating to investigations, whistleblowing and financial crime matters.Proactively handle questions of a legal nature which arise throughout EMEA Region as a result of the Bank's customer relationships, regulatory obligations and corporate governance.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will have 4 - 8 years' post qualification experience in the areas of contentious & internal investigations and whistleblowing within the financial services industry.
