Job Description

The Legal Counsel will be:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including manufacturing agreements, service agreements, some construction contracts.
  • Supporting supply chain and procurement.
  • Working closely with senior management to shape contract templates, standard terms, and policies to improve efficiency and legal robustness.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Legal Counsel will be:

  • 3 - 8 PQE
  • Have experience drafting, negotiating and advising on range of commercial contracts especially in manufacturing
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, confident
  • Able to influence stakeholder and build good relationships

What's on Offer
