Exciting Leveraged Finance Director - Origination and Execution with a European Corporate & Investment Bank in London

The successful candidate will a member of the UK & Northern Europe Acquisition and Strategic Finance team based in London.

Main responsibilities:

The ASF London team originates and executes LBO sponsor and corporate acquisition finance transactions in the UK, Germany, Benelux and Scandinavia.

Duties include:

• Originating and executing LBO sponsor and corporate acquisition finance transactions in the UK, Germany, Benelux and Scandinavia.
• Pitch preparation, research, financial modelling and credit analysis in respect of LBO and acquisition finance transactions, together with team members
• Financial modelling, analytical research, review and analysis of due diligence reports and contributions to transaction credit papers.Supervising more junior team member's portfolio monitoring, documentation, KYC, risk management and other tasks.
• Participate in the constructing and reviewing proposed financing structures and terms.
• Mentoring and training junior staff members
