Their aim remains to provide these smaller institutions with easy access to financing and investors, providing a go-between service that simplifies transactions for both the borrower and the lender.Job DescriptionYour key responsibilities will include:Helping with the day-to-day management of the wider Litigation team of 10, reporting directly into Head of LitigationManaging your own caseload of contentious mattersManaging external counsel when necessaryCollaborating closely with the wider business and stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with all regulatory requirementsDelivering training to wider Legal and business teamsThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be 5+ PQE with strong experience as a Litigation Lawyer in the Financial Services or FinTech industries.
