Job Description

  • Experience of project managing new business implementations and/or transformational projects
  • Experience within 3PL or Logistics sector would be ideal
  • Budget management experience, ideally having ownership for a project P&L
  • Maintaining project logs and excellent communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Adhering to project governance and other HS&E standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Substantial previous experience of leading and project managing new business implementations and transformation projects preferably in a 3PL environment
  • Extensive experience of leading and project managing transformation projects and new business implementations ideally in a 3PL environment
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to manage client expectations and anticipate operational and tactical risks
  • Knowledge of developing and maintaining project plans and other project reports throughout the project life cycle
  • Confident and competent decision maker
  • Expert level of Warehouse and/or transport operational knowledge
  • Prince2 or Equivalent qualification (Desirable)
