Job Description

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for...

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives
  • Providing leadership to the sales team and manage their performance
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Establishing and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Reporting on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
