Job Description

  • Perform regular maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems
  • Respond to emergency call-outs for repairs
  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
  • Carry out tests for new machinery and equipment before use
  • Identify, document, and report maintenance and repair work
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations
  • Contribute to the improvement of maintenance protocols
  • Assist in budget preparation for maintenance costs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:

  • Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry
  • Strong understanding of general maintenance procedures
  • Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
