Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the progress and completion of maintenance tasks assigned to the Maintenance Team, ensuring efficient allocation and timely resolution.
  • Manage the move-in/move-out process for residents, utilizing Maintenance Operatives and external contractors to ensure timely completion and process improvement.

  • To support the Assistant Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Manager in day to day running of the Maintenance dept as required. Creative People-First Pioneering Sustainable Proud.

The Successful Applicant

Key Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance planning or building services role, demonstrating strong contractor management and facilities management knowledge.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office packages, with exceptional written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time/priority management abilities.
  • Resilient, with the ability to work well under pressure, apply solution-based thinking, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, delivering exemplary customer service.
