The key responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of building assets for the purpose of compliance, supporting business outputs and creating a safe and pleasant working environment for staff and visitors
  • Basic Plumbing works
  • Carpentry
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Fire alarm tests
