Job Description

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for review.
  • End-to-end month-end accounting for multiple European entities.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Manage and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
  • Contribute to the implementation of process improvements within accounting and finance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Part-qualified accountant with previous experience in managing reports for multiple entities and currencies.
  • Experience in management accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a dynamic, high-growth role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • The ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
