Job Description

Management Accountant duties:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements along with management reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor overhead costs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Implement strategies to optimise cash flow and reduce financial risks.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Provide financial insights and projections to support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Support the wider finance team when required.

The Successful Applicant

As Management Accountant you will be:

  • Professionally qualified with a relevant institution: ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Strong analytically and have good problem solving skills.
  • Proven experience as a Management accountant in a similar role.
  • Experience working within a Not for Profit environment Is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
