Job Description

  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and budgeting processes.
  • Assist with forecasting and variance analysis across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Support the annual audit process by preparing required documentation.
  • Maintain and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis as required by senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification or relevant degree in Accounting & Finance.
  • Experience within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • An ability to work collaboratively across departments while meeting deadlines.
