Job Description

Contribute to the design team, by building close collaboration and giving scientific input and quantitative assessment of data generated to wet lab scientists.
Managed by a team of bioinformaticians which include recruitment of new members.
Give technical guidance in the design and analysis in all types of experiments during phases of development
Develop the novel methodologies and algorithms for methylation analysis of bisulphite and enzyme-treated DNA from next generation sequencing data.
Produce high quality documentation of methods, plans, findings and algorithms
Maintain the company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork in your day-to-day work
Adhere with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

Degree educated in a Ph. D or relevant fields
Experience in bioinformatics and genomics.
2+ years' experience conducting high-quality independent research.
Experience in scientific programming and software development
Knowledge in software development (such as scrum, sprint structure, testing suites, continuous integration tools).
Able to use system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks.
Great team-working skills
Excellent communication skills
Maintain regular attendance
