The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will manage the assembly and machining process engineering team to ensure that they work within requirements and produce processes commensurate with the production of a quality product.
You will be expected to provide guidance and ensuring departmental objectives are aligned with corporate/plant goals.
You will need to possess expert knowledge of machine tools and cutting tool technology in the applied application of prismatic machining.
Understand and implement machining process requirements necessary to enforce customer specific requirements.
You will ultimately be expected to lead teams to achieve tangible goals and expectations, driven from internal and customer targets.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Manufacturing Engineering Manager will need the following:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree/BSc Mechanical/Electrical discipline related.
HND within Engineering with relevant work experience
5 years related professional management experience
Experience of managing a team.
Proven track record of creating a continuous improvement environment
Experience within industrial manufacturing environment
Excellent analytical, problem solving, oral, written, and team skills
