Job Description
Market Data Analyst - Investment ManagementMain Purpose
Manage Market Data administration globally. Ensure MDM is accurately maintained for all contracted spend and agreed allocations. Provide an excellent service to the business by managing requests for service access and cost reporting.Responsibilities
- Responsible for all exchange reporting and declarations including Bpipe and DAD reports
- Ensure exchange compliance and maintain correct contracts with direct exchanges
- Manage Bloomberg terminals firm wide, including all orders and relocations
- Manage exchange data on MDM with responsibility for data structure, all inputs, data integrity and creation of reports
- Be the lead on exchange audit preparation
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and regular business reporting
- Approve all market data invoices against approved contracted spend
The Successful Applicant
Market Data Analyst - Investment ManagementKey Skills & Experience
- Relevant Market Data experience at a buy or sell side firm
- Exposure to exchange reporting and audits
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Experience with inventory systems ideally MDM
- Familiar with invoicing
- Keen to learn new systems, and improve processes
