Job Description

You will lead on initiating and conducting a broad range of research and insight projects, translating complex information, and data from a range of internal and external sources into meaningful reports and recommendations to drive value added activity and underpin planning sharing marketing research and insight intelligence across the Marketing and Student Recruitment Directorate and the wider University as appropriate.

You will design, embed, and shape best practice through the analysis of relevant insights data, feedback and reviewing of new technologies and methodologies, tools and approaches to ensure customer insight is at the core of our marketing developments.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • Should be comfortable pioneering a wide range of marketing research projects, you
  • Will enjoy analysing and presenting complex data from a wide variety of sources to inform strategic decision making, helping us to understand customer behaviour.
  • Be confident presenting findings to to senior stakeholders
