Job Description

Key responsibilities of this digital Account Manager vacancy:

  • Custodian of brand guidelines, ensuring adherence across all touch points.
  • Translate briefs/plans into actionable tasks, including SLAs and account plans.
  • Oversee key account processes, including reporting, influencer relations, content creation, and social media.
  • Plan and prioritise integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, increase website traffic, and capture new leads.
  • Create social media channel plans, content calendars, and conduct social media audits.
  • Develop creative asset briefs for platform-specific content.
  • Manage and optimise paid and organic social media campaigns in real-time.
  • Create copy for social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
  • Monitor campaign and content performance against KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Lead the aggregation and analysis of digital platform data (social, SEO, and Google Analytics) for actionable insights.

The Successful Applicant

Key requirements of this digital Account Manager vacancy:

  • Strong understanding of the marketing mix.
  • Willingness to learn and engage in the creation and delivery of integrated marketing strategy.
  • Active participation in B2B marketing industry and technology events.
  • Stay current with B2B marketing techniques, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Experience in B2B social media and influencer account management preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar B2B role (agency or in-house).
  • Solid understanding of the marketing mix and PR's role within it.
  • Experience in the broader digital marketing mix and SEO fundamentals.
  • Contribution to digital marketing strategy, coupled with knowledge of the B2B technology sector and excellent communication skills.
