Job Description

As the Marketing Analytics and Insight Manager, you will:

  • Take a lead in pulling together data from multiple platforms to help develop business cases and decisions
  • Create reports that are available across the business, adaptable and relevant for seniority
  • Implement tracking and measurement tools to assess and report return on marketing investment and marketing campaign performance
  • Help support both the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns and lead-to-sale tracking are optimised
  • Analyse data and interpret data to help business decisions
  • Ensure data quality within the various sources
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools to help improve overall effectiveness of marketing performance and sales conversions

The Successful Applicant

Marketing Analytics and Insight Manager, you will:

  • Be competent across APIs and reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, Funnel, Supermetrics & Google Analytics and using these to tell stories
  • Have worked in a similar role previously, ideally with some B2B experience
  • Have strong working knowledge of marketing automation systems such as HubSpot
  • Be highly analytical and able to interpret data to produce business anaylsis and recommendations
  • Have good working knowledge of Excel, SQL, GA, Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau etc
  • Happy to work in a hybrid working environment, using their Leeds office as required
