Job Description

· Develop and own a clearly defined lead acquisition and nurturing roadmap that defines the set of initiatives to achieve KPIs and reach strategic targets.

· Manage multiple projects in simultaneous stages of evaluation, engaging and driving cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.

· Plan lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns that drive measurable business results (KPIs) and demonstrate a ROMI

· Leverage new and innovative opportunities to position as an industry leader in the digital space

· Set benchmarks for projects and campaigns, driving the analysis, formulating optimisation plans (test and learn), and sharing results with senior-level management to inform decision making.

· Strengthen communication and collaboration with marketing, sales, and the wider business to ensure deliverables meet goals, objectives, and expectations.

· Gather and consolidate consumer and competitor intelligence data into actionable items, reports, and presentations to inform future digital initiatives

· Identify and manage agency relationships and evaluation performance.

The Successful Applicant

· Develop and execute the marketing automation strategy across the MarTech stack. From email and workflow development to progressive profiling, lead scoring, and on-site personalisation.

· Facilitate ongoing collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders throughout the campaign process, from conceptualisation through to delivery and performance analysis and reporting; ensuring that they are maximising the benefits of the MarTech stack and optimising it for greater efficiencies.

· Manage all aspects and core functionality for both prospect and customer lifecycle automation programs, creating predictable, repeatable, and scalable digital marketing processes for nurturing and converting marketing qualified leads (MQL) to sales opportunities.

· Identify areas of inefficiency for process and technology optimisation and propose and implement scalable solutions.

· Drive customer acquisition using target-based lead generation and nurturing strategies using latest lead generation tools

· Develop and communicate a holistic view across all lead gen and email initiatives to ensure campaigns work together as part of a cohesive strategy to drive productive behaviour
