Job Description

  • Support ABM and account growth by establishing strategic cross functional relationships across the business
  • Interpret industry research, customer data and market insights to inform ABM programmes
  • Maintain customer centric marketing using customer journey mapping
  • Strategise multi-channel campaign planning to support key industry accounts
  • Establish new strategies for implementing ABM lite programmes across multi-industry accounts
  • Monitor, report on and optimise campaign measurement and measuring ROI across all campaigns

The Successful Applicant

  • Understanding of the sales funnel and building networks, as well as acquiring and upselling customers
  • Experience of B2B marketing
  • Understanding of marketing principles as well as the customer journey and life cycle
  • Multi-channel marketing and content creation skills
  • Experience with project management and demonstrable planning skills
  • Ability in copy-writing, proofreading, and communication skills
  • Proficient user of CRM and marketing automation platforms
