Job Description

  • Strategising, planning, and executing marketing campaigns in line with the company's business strategy.
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business objectives.
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Coordinating with external agencies to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring a high return on investment.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Providing regular reports to senior management on campaign performance.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Campaigns Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and digital platforms.
  • Comfortable travelling to Telford 4 days a week
