Marketing Manager (Membership)

About Our Client

British Cycling are the nations largest cycling organisation and the governing body.

As Marketing Manager of Membership your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Lead the membership growth plan to drive monthly acquisition, retention and revenue targets.
Create and manage a multi-channel delivery plan, ensuring the right monthly mix of awareness, sales and retention focused activity.
Implement and manage lifecycle journeys for all people who are in the British Cycling database, with appropriate segmentation and comms within, leading on the implementation of our engagement strategy with existing and prospective customers ensuring, member retention and acquisition with the ultimate goal of growing membership and revenue at British Cycling.
Identify, analyse, and report on the performance of campaigns throughout the year.
Analyse and drive value with existing benefit partners value to ensure the current offer is best in class.

The successful Marketing Manager will:

Be strong marketeer, with proven experience of delivering campaigns and short-term
tactical activity to drive acquisition.
Have a solid understanding of customer segmentation and targeting and how these can
be applied to drive a desired response.
Have experience achieving results in a complex, commercial organisation through detail orientation, strong analytical skills and effective budgetary control.
Understand the value and implementation of effective audience segmentation when executing communication strategies.
Manage Membership email newsletters and maintain high open and engagement rates.
