Marketing Manager will look after 2 brilliant brands within the spirits category. Both with fantastic heritage, both brands are performing well. IT's a hugely dynamic category driven by constant innovation both in terms of NPD and the activation of brand campaigns so there is huge scope for growth.
Managing a team of 2, the Marketing Manager will have responsibility for the strategic development of the brands driving innovative and integrated campaigns across all channels (digital, ATL and BTL).
Key responsibilities will include:
- Development and execution of three year strategic plans and annual brand plans
- Development and application of compelling, relevant consumer and market insights
- Development and execution of integrated communication strategies
- Ownership of direct external marketing agencies
- Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts against strategic objectives
- Management and development of the product range strategy including NPD Development and management of direct report
The Successful Applicant
The brands involved are operating within a particularly dynamic category so there is an opportunity to bring in a Marketing Manager that is exceptionally creative and an excellent strategic thinker.
The ideal candidate must have a demonstrable track record of delivering consistently excellent, integrated marketing campaigns with tangible outcomes.
You will have definitely worked within FMCG or hospitality - drinks experience is hugely beneficial but is not a necessity.
What they are really after is someone who understands how to activate brands effectively and according to a longer term planning.
A growth mindset, confident and purposeful approach with h\te ability to take people on the journey will stand you in great stead.
