Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the Marketing strategy across a number of brands and destinations, to build awareness and drive sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver the annual marketing and advertising plans
- Develop marketing campaigns to support the sales team to develop and growth of new business, drive income generation and maintain and develop client relationships.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget
- Lead and motivate a small team
- Continually measure and report on campaign ROI
- Work effectively with colleagues across the marketing team to identify and maximise opportunities in terms of customer experience, PR and digital marketing activity
- Liaise with partners to ensure campaigns are integrated
- Effectively manage third party agencies
- Work closely with the digital team to ensure the website, e-marketing and social media communications are consistent with the brand messaging and marketing plans
The Successful Applicant
The successful Marketing Manager will:
- Have relevant experience of developing and implementing marketing plans across both traditional and digital channels
- Ideally have experience in Leisure, Entertainment, Hospitality, Events, Conference industry
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing in a commercial environment would be ideal
- Have strong communication skills and able to influence and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Have experience of using consumer research, data and trends to influence marketing campaigns and activity
- Is able to write engaging copy
- Have a creative and strategic approach to marketing planning
- He highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
- Be commercially astute
- Be energetic and enthusiastic
What's on Offer
Salary up to £36,000 depending on the level of experience with competitive benefits
