About Our Client

The successful Marketing Manager will be working for a property and legal business based in Reading.

Job Description

  • Developing the marketing plans in line with the business objectives
  • Owning the relationship with product and sales to define customer value propositions for products and services
  • Planning and implementing promotional and lead generation campaigns to drive brand awareness and deliver qualified leads converting to sales
  • Building and managing production of a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience
  • Establishing closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers
  • Continually refining the process to convert and retain customers via CRM campaigns
  • Forecasting and presenting to senior management at monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Working collaboratively across teams and departments to maintain consistent messaging, narrative and positioning, to represent Landmark and its brands in the best possible way to market.
  • Managing the marketing budget ensuring effective ROI on all activity

The Successful Applicant

The successful Marketing Manager will have:

Relevant marketing qualifications CIM or IDM preferred

Experience working in the property or legal sectors preferred

Have leadership experience alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work closely with product and sales teams to create communication and training materials

Have proven experience of designing, development, delivery and reporting back on marketing proven experience

Proficient in end-to-end inbound marketing and marketing automation
