Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you with help to produce a wide range of materials and be involved in several campaigns as well as a number of projects. You will develop content for multichannel marketing campaigns

You will be involved in taking the students on a journey, managing key stakeholders and producing content for various channels (online & offline). You will lead a team of content developers and help

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing a wide range of marketing material ( full mix) student recruitment and conversion campaigns to maximise both student quality and diversity
  • Work with key stakeholders and work closely in understanding the student journeys, as well as the key stakeholders and associated decision-making processes to identify content and system enhancements.
  • Manage a comprehensive calendar of marketing website updates and will need a good knowledge of CMA compliance for our content.
  • Lead and guide a team of Content Developers, overseeing their work. This will include planning a wide range of marketing activities and helping them tailor work to the correct target audience,
  • Working with senior colleagues to help evaluate the impact of marketing projects to assist in the production of reports.

The Successful Applicant

As a Marketing Manager you will help to drive student recruitment via various digital channels (end to end). You will understand the full marketing mix, marketing strategies and how to drive marketing via recruitment across various digital platforms.

  • Ideally you will have extensive experience of full mix marketing & ideally digital marketing content production and governance in a fast-paced environment, with experience of UK and ideally international audiences.
  • Experience of developing content for multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Ideally experience of managing staff (not essential as various roles). You would have ideally worked in a complex multi-project environment
  • Demonstrable knowledge of marketing to online and offline channels (including social) to target specifically defined groups of individuals
  • Demonstrable understanding of the practices and techniques related to web accessibility and enhancing user experience
  • Knowledge of Google analytic, key website analytic measurements and a knowledge of marketing campaign metrics
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills with the ability to write content for the web, social, e-mail and print
  • Ability to select, edit and optimise the most appropriate copy and imagery for different audiences and channels, including print, digital and social
  • Manage key stakeholder across within a complex environment.
