About Our Client
Growing Manufacturing company based in Norwich.
Demonstrate effectiveness by developing clear, measurable goals for all marketing activity
Develop and run multi-channel campaigns that deliver on agreed brand strategy, ensuring brand values are reflected in all key touchpoints
Creation of annual, quarterly and monthly campaign spend and sales forecasts. Day-to-day management of the marketing budget
Own the Division's website strategy development, optimising content and user experience to improve funnel metrics
Develop a strategic marketing plan for the division that clearly articulates the agreed positioning that differentiates our products and maximises the brands potential
The Successful Applicant
Degree in marketing (or similar)
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally within a fast-paced B2B environment (Manufacturing desirable)
A professional qualification such as CIM, IDM or similar is desirable
A technical and analytical mindset
Demonstrable project management / campaign management experience, ideally with product management and communications expertise
Experience of multi-channel marketing, creating and implementing campaigns simultaneously using digital channels including email, web, social media and third partiesDesirable but not essential
You should have an understanding of project management tools such as Basecamp, Monday etc.
Previous experience with budget management Ability to work from the office in Norwich 4/5 days weekly.
