Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is desired but not necessary.Ability to improve customer lifecycle marketing through CRM improvements.Able to train and support others in CRM best practice.Experience of using marketing automation tolls and applications.Data analysis experience, and the ability to develop insights from a range of data.
