Job Description

  • Management and delivery of electrical testing programme and non-gas contracts.
  • Budget management, management of Surveyors, responsible for KPIs and SLAs.
  • Development and review of budgets.
  • Ensuring expenditure is managed in line with financial controls.
  • Lead, motivate and engage with team to ensure the delivery of high quality maintenance service and implementing operational objectives including KPIs.
  • Compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Electrical contract management within Social Housing.
  • Good construction knowledge including Health and Safety legislation, fire safety, CDM regulations and relevant codes of practice.
  • Experience of compliance related legislation.
  • Strong leader and motivator.
