About Our Client
My client is a large Housing Association
The main responsibilities of the M&E Project Manager:
Procurement and contract management of electrical services.
Provide technical support in disrepair cases, ensuring that all repairs are carried out on time and to standards.
Utilise your own technical expertise to inspect, specify and analyse repairs required to a range of electrical defects.
Manage and maintain electrical asset database, making sure that all group properties have established life cycles.
Contribute to strategies, policies and procedures to help ensure that the groups asset investments align with overall strategic planning.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful for the M&E Project Manager role you will have:
HNC in electrical engineering services or equivalent / be working towards.
Electrical defined scope - levels B & C Cert (Part P).
Detailed knowledge of all regulations, standards, codes of practice and H&S procedures.
Relevant Asbestos & working at heights awareness qualification.
Ability to negotiate formal contracts with 3rd parties.
Previous experience of complex defect diagnoses across electrical building services.
