About Our Client
Innovative use of local, regional and national media outlets and social media. Develop and implement specific media and communications strategies to ensure the effective management of critical incidents.
To actively build and maintain productive working relationships with local, regional, national and international print and broadcast media and with key stakeholders in order to maximise effective reputation management.
To actively build and maintain productive working relationships and to provide expert media advice across all levels of both organisations in order to develop and achieve highly effective communications.
To rapidly research, produce and deliver innovative content for news releases, media statements, features, and social media platforms including the website and intranet.
To seek out and take pro-active action on all potential opportunities to promote and manage the organisations' reputations in a positive and effective manner including pro-actively giving professional advice and guidance on media opportunities and handling and planning of media issues and content.
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrable experience in an aspect of communications (for example, journalism) in a busy media environment and have a solid understanding of the print, broadcast and on-line media.
Solid knowledge and proven experience in the use of social and digital media platforms as communications channels.
