About Our Client

Our client is an Global Business operating within the food manufacturing sector. They are a leader in their field and are known for their commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Job Description

  • Manage the customer relationships across a geographical area including any nominated
    small retailers.
  • As required work alongside the Retail Business Managers to support business growth
    targets and review supplier performance.
  • Conduct regular visits to suppliers, retail distribution centres and stores to capture
    conversion opportunities.
  • Analysis of customer data to improve efficiency and identify opportunities. Carry out
    quarterly review meetings with larger customer accounts
  • Build a network of contacts within your customer's business and be the main day-to-day
    contact. Drive improved customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • As applicable document activities on Salesforce and ensure all monthly reporting is
    completed and reviewed in line with deadlines.
  • Attend and contribute to sales team meetings as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working in a sales role, within the fresh food sector/logistics sector
  • Strong relationship management and presentation skills.
  • Experience of managing internal reporting using multiple platforms.
  • Presenting data in a simple and engaging way.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
