Growing and Innovative Pet Food Business. My client has doubled in turnover over the last coulpe of years and have exciting growth plans moving forwards.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the grocery customers
  • control of the P&L and customer planning
  • Identify opportunities for growth developing growth plans with the customer
  • Negotiating, preparing and presenting commercial and promotional plans
  • Communicate the customer channel strategy activities providing insights and problem solving
  • Conduct relevant analysis and trends
  • Manage all the promotional and commercial activity
  • Provide sales forecasts internally
  • Monitor all commercial activity on the account and overall sales performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing top four grocers at either NAE level or NAM level
  • Have proven sales experience and account management experience from within the FMCG industry, ideally from a food and drink background from a category perspective
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Strong Category Management skills
