Job Description

  • The Account Manager is a leading part of the Account Management Team, working alongside and providing support to the wider team.
  • Driving the Customer Business Plan and the delivery of key customer KPIs, maintaining and growing the account by delivering new opportunities within the catalogue and service scope for the customer; working to increase profitability by improving efficiency; working with stakeholders and supply chain to maintain high levels of availability and maximise sales, delivering annual sales targets.
  • This is a customer facing role where relationship building is key, answering queries, providing information, asking the right questions to enable proactive planning, management and growth of the account.
  • A fast-paced role, with multiple internal and external touchpoints, the AM manages multiple relationships, provides support within the Account Team, uses systems, delivers reports and builds strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Account Manager should have:

  • Ability to manage key accounts and develop business relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
