Our client is a market leader within the automotive sector, who are looking to appoint a National Account Manager to manage a £1M+ accounts

Job Description

  • Own, develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
  • Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients' requirements are met.
  • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms.
  • Review management information data, identify trends and share insights with clients
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
  • Implement strategies for delivery of all products to new and existing customers.
  • Keep updated with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you must be highly organised, demonstrate excellent communication skills, be target driven and extremely focused on the delivery of high-quality outputs within a fast-paced agile environment. Attention to detail and the ability to confidently present at board level is essential along with experience of the claims and motor repair sector.
