About Our Client
You will be joining a large housing association who have operated a flexible, high trust culture for many years now. The role is home based, travelling to sites and meetings as required. You will be joining a stable development team and be part of a high successful development programme which is quality focused.
As the New Business Development Manager you will identify opportunities, carry out financial appraisals, get sites through planning and then hand over to the delivery team. This role will also involve a lot of community engagement so would suit someone who enjoys being people facing.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a proven track record in carrying out a similar role this could be for another housing association, local authority, consultancy or contractor.
What's on Offer
A home based role, permanent, 35 hours per week, salary of £60,000 + mileage and pension. They are flexible on where you are based - Midlands, London etc so long as you are willing to travel.
