Job Description

As an NPD Manager / Associate Manager you will:

  • Oversee a number of NPD projects ensuring delivery to timeframes, budgets and specifications, progressing projects through development stages
  • Liaise with commercial and marketing teams to gather and analyse insights on competitor products, positioning and pricing to determine market trends
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and suppliers (eg operations, Graphic Designers, Packaging etc) to align on cost of goods and ensure synergy with product / project requirements
  • Plan and analyse consumer research and testing to validate and substantiate data supporting product claims

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • A degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline
  • 5 years + experience in new product development within medical device, health tech, cosmetic, nutrition or similar environment
  • Effective project management skills with demonstrated ability to think strategically
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to write and understand technical data & documents, and convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
