Job Description

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including:

  • Drafting simple and complex Wills
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trusts and estate planning
  • Inheritance Tax (IHT) advice
  • Elderly client matters

The Successful Applicant

A successful NQ Private Client Solicitor should have:

  • A professional legal qualification as a solicitor.
  • Knowledge of private client law, including wills, probate, and trusts.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
  • A commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
