About Our Client
Based in the South West, this social housing contractor has ambitious plans to take their business to the next level in the coming 3-5 years and this role will be pivotal to making that happen.
The Operations Director will be responsible for a key part of the company's P/L made up of several key social housing projects focused on property regeneration, specifically facade refurbishment. Working closely with the Commercial Director, this person will effectively manage the client relationships alongside capably leading their direct and indirect reports to ensure delivery against these projects is of a high quality, done with the up most safety and commercially beneficial.
The Successful Applicant
The Operations Director will possess at least 5 years experience in a similar role, working for a main contractor. Their knowledge of the social housing sector will be current, particularly in the delivery of regeneration programmes to make homes more energy efficient. Exceptional leadership and people management skills is essential alongside building effective client relationships.
