Job Description
The Construction Director will be responsible for leading the project management and design functions in the successful delivery of several key schemes across the midlands. They will have 5 direct reports and 20+ indirect reports. As well as ensuring operational delivery, they will also control HSE, Quality and compliance on all sites and be the lead contact for clients. Collaboration with the commercial team is crucial to ensure project profitability.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a Construction Director with at least 5 years experience in an established contractor or developer business. Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen is paramount, alongside excellent leadership capabilities.
