Job Description
- Accountable for delivering world class standard costs, quality & Delivery
- Accountable for delivering world class levels of Health & Safety
- Accountable for setting operational objectives in accordance with business plan and target
- Monitoring performance through operational reviews and audits
- Overall accountability for compliance with legal and ethical people management practice
- Responsible for effective two-way communication processes with team, customer and supplier
The Successful Applicant
- Experience at operating at a senior level with a 3PL Business.
- Demonstrable proven experience of managing large teams (1000+).
- Proven ability in implementing operational change projects at a fast pace
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging and constantly changing environment
- Good commercial management is required to ensure financial success.
- Ability to demonstrate creative, fast paced thinking to stay ahead of a very fast paced and demanding customer
