The Operations Finance Director is responsible for providing overall leadership to the finance function of the nine key Morgan operational sites. The post-holder will foster an effective enterprise-wide internal control environment to ensure the financial integrity of reported results. The ideal candidate will combine hands on operational tenacity with a strategic outlook. They will also have specific responsibility to co-ordinate any activities across the EMEAI region for the Electrical Carbon GBU where necessary.
